Chief Information Officer



Company Overview

Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO, the CIO will be responsible for managing the organization that provides and integrates all the information technology services for the company.  That includes but is not limited to platform development, systems management, and telephony services.  The ability of the CIO to successfully manage these functions is critical to the 7x24 call center environment spanning multiple locations and states which are critical to providing 99.999% reliable access to all customers. 

Key Evaluation Factors

1.    A demonstrated ability to lead an organization integrating application software, IT network, telephony network and systems support such that they worked seamlessly to successfully develop and deliver service enhancements.

2.    A demonstrated ability to develop and implement a network road map that supported rapid growth for an organization with over $100M in annual sales.

3.    A proven track record identifying, evaluating, and implementing new call center hardware and software technologies that continuously improved operating performance.

Chief Technical Officer

 

Company Overview

The company is developing a SaaS leadership guidance application that is breaking new ground.  It provides insights and predictive trends to support decision making and action prioritization for initiatives and problem solving for corporations.  The application helps executives understand their key drivers of success and enables them to see their entire corporate eco system with one tool.  Companies across a wide spectrum of industries such as private equity portfolio organizations, industrial manufacturers, retail manufacturers and life sciences have benefitted by leveraging this application to increase the overall value of their companies.

Position Overview

The CTO will be responsible for helping to finalize a complete set of requirements for the next version of the product.  This individual will lead the team to develop the software necessary to support that application.  The CTO will play a key role defining and implementing a world class product suitable for highly professional companies to efficiently manage the process of identifying, understanding, and improving all the key drivers of corporate value and risk.

The CTO will also serve as the primary technology advisor for the company and will be pivotal in developing its technology road map.  This plan will be responsive to client and market needs, while helping the company to fully achieve its business and financial objectives. The goal will be to help position the company as the clear Stakeholder Satisfaction Platform of choice for companies committed to improving their financial, operational, and organizational development objectives.  A critical second element of focus will be to assure the company is able to develop products which are well designed and well positioned in the fast moving world of business intelligence analytics and performance management.

The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer with line responsibility for the entire engineering and product development organization. 

Key Evaluation Factors

1.    A demonstrated ability to provide leadership from start to finish of a new product which was well designed and well received by the market.  Direct interaction with target customers and the integration of customer input into the product requirements would also be very valuable.

2.    The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate direct impact on a B2B product or project that was launched on a SaaS platform.  A hands-on level of involvement with responsibility or direct input for the architectural requirements of the SaaS product and development of the code would be an important part of the skill set required by the role.  The size of the project is less important than a holistic understanding of the architecture for the entire product.

3.    A history of participating in successful startup or early stage organizations that demonstrated an ability to play a leadership role in creating a successful culture within their area of responsibility.

Senior Vice President of Finance

 

Company Overview

The company is a leading provider in the $34.8 billion language services industry. They have become the largest provider of interpretation services operating solely in the US and second largest provider globally.  Revenue has grown 25% a year for the last six years Ė placing them on the Inc. 5000 five times.  They serve primarily business customers with over 3,000 clients in the U.S. and Canada.  Their clients represent a wide variety of industries such as: healthcare, insurance, financial services, travel & hospitality, emergency services and government.

Position Overview

The position will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the organization that provides all financial and business analysis services for the company.  That includes but is not limited to cash management, GAAP accounting, client discussions, and contract management.  The CFO is also responsible for the delivery of the company executive dashboard.

Key Evaluation Factors

1.    A demonstrated ability to lead a finance organization in a service company that had a large and rapidly growing staff and supported around $100M or more in annual revenue.

2.    A demonstrated ability to forge strong and successful relationships with senior banking officers that supported debt financing adequate to provide growth capital.

3.    The experience of having played a key executive finance role in a company that completed a relatively recent IPO.

Director of DAS Implementation

 

Company Overview

The wireless industry has recognized the importance of integrating small base stations into its networks to fill coverage gaps or provide additional capacity in high traffic areas.  The company has developed a technology that is very well suited to solving this problem at a cost and quality better than its customers can do on their own.  They offer both indoor and outdoor distributed antenna systems (DAS) that can integrate with 3G, UMTS, CDMA-2000, 802.16, 802.11, or any other wireless technology.  They designed and built the first indoor DAS+LTE system.

Their technology is proven and has gained the respect of some of the largest wireless operating companies in the country (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile). The company is growing rapidly and provides an opportunity for leadership development and professional advancement that simply canít be matched by the large mature wireless operating companies today.

Position Overview

This role will take responsibility for Distributed Antenna System implementation of indoor projects in the Western Region.  The Director will be one of a group of regional Directors who will take the engineering designs developed by the design team and manage all aspects of vendor selection and management to deliver that network design to the customer in various locations around the country.   The role will initially be an individual contributor role, but could expand into a line management position as the team expands to accommodate anticipated future growth.

Key Evaluation Factors

1.    A demonstrated understanding and expertise implementing indoor wireless network systems.  Experience working directly with design engineers or acting as a design engineer on these projects would be very valuable. Knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of RF design tools such as iB Wave, Agilent Nitro, Atoll, MapInfo, TEMS, Invex 3G & Nemo.  DAS experience would be very valuable in the role.

2.    A proven experience selecting and managing contractors in remote locations such that time and cost deliverables are achieved.

3.    Successful experience working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment would be important for the successful candidate to have demonstrated.

4.    Education: Ideally candidates would have a BSEE and at least 2 years of industry experience to be considered for this Director level role.
